During the sign up process we'll ask you to enter a set of details that will become your 'linked account', sometimes these details won't necessarily be correct, this can be due to typos, account closures or really any number of reasons.

If this is the case please get in touch with customer support with the correct account number and sort code, if we can see a clear typo we'll fix it for you. If it's a completely different account we'll need to verify your identity first before we make any changes.
