We’re really sorry to hear that Open Banking isn’t working for you!
To facilitate the transfer to Mode we go through your banks infrastructure so if you’re having any issues (and have already tried restarting your Mode app) it would be best to contact them first.
Before you do so though it’s always good to check the following:
- That you’re running the latest version of your phones operating system.
- You have the latest version of the Mode App.
- You have a strong internet connection.
- Your bank isn’t currently having any outages (most banks have a status page, or a Twitter account that will tell you if they are).
Remember you can only link one account to Mode, even with Open Banking, so if you’re trying to add open banking with a second account you’ll need to contact customer support so we can change your linked details.
