We're hoping to introduce a brand new way for you to retrieve your passcode through the app soon!
In the mean time though, if this happens just contact customer support through the in app chat, via our website or email us on support@modeapp.com from your registered email address. We'll verify your identity and then send a new passcode through to your registered phone number.
When you reach out to us, we'll need to be able to confirm your identity so we can be sure that we're only giving access to the account holder. This may include methods such as sending us pictures of yourself or your document, but we'll let you know exactly what we need when you reach out to us.
