Accounts will be locked when somebody fails to log in either using their passcode or biometric authentication three times in a row.
If this happens just contact customer support through the in app chat, via our website or simply click the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and we'll get you back in as soon as possible!
When you reach out to us, we'll need to be able to confirm your identity so we can be sure that we're only giving access to the account holder. This may include methods such as sending us pictures of yourself or your document, but we'll let you know exactly what we need when you reach out to us.
